The ARA Palace is a distinctive administrative building with elements of functionalism on the corner of Národní třída and Perlová street, originally serving as the Perla Department Store. After the reconstruction, a branch of the ČSOB bank was established in it, and on the other floors there were offices of the HubHub coworking center.

It was in the entrance area to the administrative part with offices that it was necessary to solve the floor covering. Above all, the stone staircase had to be provided with a floor covering with an anti-slip effect so that movement on it was safer than on the original smooth surface.

The reception area is distinctly light, with only a black mosaic in the terrazzo, so a contrasting dark sisal rug was deliberately chosen as a suitable covering for the stairs and the corridor on the first floor.

Sisal is a purely natural fiber obtained from the leaves of the sisal agave palm.

The woven sisal carpet Tasibel City is sufficiently representative for this purpose - its appearance resembles gray canvas, it has a latex backing and its resistance class is also suitable for commercial spaces.

The runner was finished at the sides and ends with stitching in the same color. Upstairs in the hallway by the elevator, the edges of the carpet are covered with an elegant silver bar.
