Wool as a material for the production of carpets is a classic choice, wool carpets were produced in historical times before our era. The oldest preserved carpet in the world, the so-called Pazyryk, is also woolen - it was found frozen (and surprisingly well-preserved) in the ice in the tomb of a Scythian chief in the Siberian Altai and is estimated to be 2,500 years old.

Our wool carpets are mostly made of New Zealand wool, which has the highest quality. They can be tufted, flat woven, wiltons or axminsters, and are manufactured in a variety of ways. We usually install them all the way from wall to wall, or we can make a rug with individual dimensions and edging (see the offer of our services) - customers can choose the color and width of the border or stitching.

Why are the wool carpets so popular:

  • long life
  • good insulating properties
  • high walking comfort
  • color fastness of fibers
  • shape memory - the fibers return to their original shape even after compression
  • wool carpets are hypoallergenic
  • slowly flammable material

Some carpets/rugs are intended for apartments, others have a higher load class and can be used without problems in offices, hotels or other commercial areas. Wool is not a delicate material, wool carpets only need to be luxuriated regularly and, in case of spillage, use a dry white cloth to suck up the liquid.

Our proven suppliers of wool carpets are Best Wool Carpets, Creatuft and ITC.
