Cement coatings from our product range are an excellent choice for projects where not only floors but also walls, stairs and even furniture or other areas are being dealt with. All it takes is for the surface to be firm, smooth and flat, and most likely we can coat it with a screed.

Screed on the walls of Slavia Café

In Prague's most famous café, Slavia, BOCA participated in the complete reconstruction of the entire space. We applied a Microtopping trowel to the walls in the preparation room with a total area of approx. 60 m2. The uneven surface (edges around the door, covers in the wall, etc.) is for a cement trowel with a mixture of polymers without no problem. The exact shade that was desired in the designed functionalist interior was achieved by sampling the colors.

Where can screeds be used?

  • on the walls
  • on the stairs
  • on kitchen counters
  • on bars / reception desks
  • in showers
  • on washbasins
  • around pools
  • etc.

Metallic or rusty design

The possibilities of cement screeds are currently so extensive that they are not limited to different colours from the standard range, but it is also possible to achieve effects such as rusty sheet metal or metallic reflections.

Advantages of these surfaces:

  • high durability (they are much harder than Venetian stucco and gypsum plaster)
  • imitation of metal surfaces (bronze, iron, brass, tin, copper and zinc)
  • possibility of application not only on walls, but also tables, counters and other furniture
Our cement screeds represent a complex seamless solution for the entire interior.

Colours and surfaces on request

The advantage of our cement screed is not only almost universal applicability, but also the possibility of adapting to individual requirements. In addition to the choice of colour, it is possible to mute or emphasise a particular shade, the colour can have different intensities. Likewise, the surface can be completely smooth or, conversely, rougher, non-slip, depending on the destination where the screed is to be applied.
