Contract (or commercial) vinyl floors are those floors that meet the necessary parameters for installation in places where above-average traffic for floor coverings is expected. Our regulars mainly include the Expona Flow, Polyflor Bloc or Palettone collections.
Commercial floor coverings are generally considered to be those floor coverings with higher traffic class numbers. The division of these traffic classes is given in the tables below. Commercial vinyl floors should meet at least classes 23, 33, 34 or 43.
21 - living spaces with occasional use (bedrooms, children's rooms)
22 - living spaces with common use (living rooms, dining rooms, inner corridors)
23 - the most congested living spaces (stairs, entrance corridors, kitchens)
31 - commercial premises with occasional use (conference rooms, hotel rooms)
32 - commercial premises with permanent use (kindergartens, offices, hotel halls, shops)
33 - commercial premises with intensive use (department stores, school classrooms, offices)
34 - commercial premises with extreme traffic (school corridors, cloakrooms, corridors)
41, 42 a 43 - extremely high traffic commercial and industrial premises (entrance halls, collective staircases and rest areas, heavily frequented rooms of department stores, cinemas, theatres, selected operations of industry and services)
Undoubtedly, classic PVC in rolls also belongs to commercial vinyl floors. These floors have a thick tread layer with a thickness of 0.7 mm, which guarantees their high durability. These include the following collections:

Commercial vinyl floors can look like wood, stone, tiles, metal sheet, crumpled paper and other non-traditional designs. For vinyl in rolls, the offer is then expanded by purely one-colour designs, which can be combined with each other and cut and pasted in various patterns.
